Delivery Info
When you place an order via our website or the Roof Tile Supermarket app, our delivery adheres to the following guidelines.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 8:00am on a weekday for stocked items within a 50km radius can be delivered the same day.
Scheduled Area Deliveries: For orders placed the day before, deliveries will be made as follows:
West area → Tuesday → Thursday
East area → Wednesday → Friday
Out-of-Stock Items: Items not currently in stock may take up to 72 hours to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, they will be shipped on the designated day for your area listed above. Please allow extra time for processing.
Emergency Delivery (4-Hour Service): Available for urgent orders, provided items are in stock. Please call us directly to arrange a price.
Delivery Fee: The delivery fee is set at $30, excluding emergency delivery charges as mentioned above.
